
My client needed to update their existing digital library and offer a more engaging experience for the end-users. Also, they needed to optimize internal communication and reporting workflows.
Complex requirements from internal teams and external stakeholders had delayed the acquisition of a Learning Management System. Finding a system within budget and capable of fulfilling internal and external demands as well as learners’ expectations was a big challenge.
Within a period of six months, as a one-person team, I thoroughly researched 10 pre-selected LMSs, I customized the selected LMS according to the company’s brand identity so as to offer a cohesive experience for the users. I also designed and developed all the training content, from interactive scenarios, instructional videos to the simulation of a digital scoring tool that could be seamlessly integrated with the platform.
After evaluating all the available technologies and determine the best way to achieve the company’s goals and to improve the learner’s journey, I was able to improve the overall training strategy.
