
By applying instructional design principles, visual design principles following the United Nations’ brand guidelines and learning theories, I created all the courses in a magazine-style with a quick turnaround.
I was able to successfully manage the project from beginning to end: from the storyboarding revision and adaptation to the visual design and full development in Articulate Storyline 360. All the deliverables were seamlessly integrated with the Organization’s learning management system.
In 2018, I had the opportunity to start a project with UN Women. This had been a personal dream since 2010 when I completed an internship at UN headquarters.
The project consisted of the design, development, and implementation of e-learning courses to raise awareness about sexual harassment on public transportation in Latin America. The greatest challenge was a very tight deadline.

Learners were stimulated to explore and learn and the assessment activities encouraged them to apply high-order thinking skills such as analysis, reflection, problem-solving, and synthesis.
